The Grand Hacienda is a luxury property for total relaxation. Every guest reservation is very special to us. We strive to make every stay truly memorable, which you will see in our attention to detail. 

 

  • Check-in is anytime after 3pm. Check-out is anytime before 11am on your day of departure.

  • A two-night minimum stay is required for all weekend stays (Fridays and Saturdays must be booked together). An exception to the minimum stay requirement may be made upon request if you contact us at 575.425.0663 within 48 hours of arrival and if rooms are available.

  • The Grand Hacienda is an adults-only (age 17 and older) property.  If you are traveling with children, we recommend staying in one of our Abiquiú vacation home rentals which are perfectly situated for family vacations. Children are always welcome when you reserve all three suites.

 

  • We are sorry, the property is not set up to accommodate pets.

  • Only people listed on the rental agreement are allowed on the property.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • There is a cancellation or change fee of either 10% or $100, whichever is higher, for all cancellations and changes. This fee is used to offset processing fees that we incur for the reservation, even if you cancel.

  • Early cancellations (greater than 60 days before check-in): 100% of rental amount refunded less the cancellation fee.

  • Late cancellations: no refunds can be given for cancellations or changes 60 days or less prior to your check-in date. We will attempt to re-book your dates, and if we are able to do so at full price, we will refund your payments minus the cancellation fee.

  • Changes to your reservation outside of the 60 day check-in period can be accommodated with no fee.

  • Changes to your reservation within the 60 day check-in period can be made with a 50% credit applied to your new dates. If we are able to rebook your original dates, a full credit less the change fee will be applied.

  • Although we understand situations arise making cancellations unavoidable, we are not able to take on the responsibility for changes to your reservation due to delayed arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, unforeseen changes to travel plans, medical or family emergencies, work conflicts, missed or cancelled flights, pandemics, COVID, force majeure, etc. We offer a Cancel for Any Reason insurance policy through a third party at checkout. Travel insurance is used to protect your trip in the event of cancellation, or you can self-insure by taking on the risk yourself. We encourage all guests to purchase trip insurance in the event an emergency arises that impedes your travel plans, including illness and/or Covid exposure.

  • Guests who fail to show up for their reservation will be charged automatically for the entire stay without further notification. Please note that no refunds are provided for late arrivals, early departures, no-shows, or weather-related cancellations.
