The Grand Hacienda is a luxury property for total relaxation. Every guest reservation is very special to us. We strive to make every stay truly memorable, which you will see in our attention to detail. 

 

  • Check-in is anytime after 3pm. Check-out is anytime before 10am on your day of departure.

  • The Grand Hacienda is an adults-only (age 16 and older) property. Children are always welcome when you reserve the full property - all three suites.

 

  • The O'Keeffe suite is a pet-friendly suite (restrictions apply - review before booking.) Rio Chama and Abiquiu Lake are pet-free suites. Pets are not allowed in any of the common areas. A nightly pet fee applies. 

  • Only registered guests staying on the property are allowed on the property.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • There is a cancellation or change fee of either 10% or $100, whichever is higher, for all cancellations and changes. This fee is used to offset processing fees that we incur for the reservation, even if you cancel.
     

  • Early cancellations (greater than 60 days prior to check-in date): 100% of rental amount refunded less the cancellation fee.
     

  • Late cancellations (60 days or less prior to check-in date): no refunds can be given for cancellations or changes 60 days or less prior to your check-in date. We will try to re-book your dates, but we encourage guests to purchase rental insurance to protect against these cancellations.
     

  • Although we understand situations arise making cancellations unavoidable, we can not take responsibility for changes to your reservation due to delayed arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, unforeseen changes to travel plans, medical or family emergencies, work conflicts, missed or cancelled flights, pandemics, force majeure, etc. We strongly encourage all guests to purchase trip insurance in the event an emergency arises that impedes your travel plans, including illness and/or Covid exposure.
     

  • Guests who fail to show up for their reservation will be charged automatically for the entire stay without further notification. Please note that no refunds are provided for late arrivals, early departures, no-shows, or weather-related cancellations. ​
