Guest & Age Policy
The Grand Hacienda is an adults-only property for guests aged 16 and older. Families with children are warmly welcomed when booking the entire property (all three suites) for private use.
Smoke-Free Environment
To maintain a clean and healthy atmosphere, The Grand Hacienda is a smoke-free property.
Pet Policy
For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted during standard stays. However, when the full property is reserved, we welcome up to two well-behaved dogs under 50 lbs.
Registered Guests Only
To ensure the privacy and security of all guests, only those listed on the reservation are permitted on the property.
Cancellation Policy

There is a cancellation or change fee of either 10% or $100, whichever is higher, for all cancellations and changes. This fee is used to offset processing fees that we incur for the reservation, even if you cancel.

Early cancellations (greater than 60 days before check-in date): 100% of the rental amount paid refunded, less the cancellation fee.

Late cancellations (60 days or less before check-in date): Cancellations or changes made within 60 days of your check-in date are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend that all guests purchase Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) trip insurance to protect their travel investment in case of emergencies or unexpected disruptions, such as illness, flight delays, inclement weather, family emergencies, or other unforeseen events. Guests who fail to arrive for their reservation will be automatically charged for the entire stay without further notification. No refunds are provided for late arrivals, early departures, no-shows, or weather-related cancellations.
